Who we are

DAFQA Energy finds and qualifies commercial and industrial solar opportunities in Egypt and introduces them to partners that install, finance or supply solar systems. DAFQA Energy is in the process of incorporation in Egypt; its legal name, Commercial Register number and Tax ID will be published on this page once issued.

What this website collects

This website has no forms, accounts, cookies, analytics or tracking. We do not collect any personal data through it.

Like every website, it is delivered by a hosting provider that processes technical data (such as your IP address and browser type) to serve the pages and protect them from abuse. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the 3D engine from jsDelivr; these services also receive your IP address when your browser requests those files.

When you email us

If you write to us, we receive what you choose to send: usually your name, email address, company, role, site location, electricity bills and site details.

• We use it to assess your enquiry, reply to you and, if you agree, prepare an introduction to a partner.
• We share your details with a partner only with your consent, and only after that introduction is registered with the partner in writing.
• Our email is hosted by Zoho Mail in its European data centre. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
• We keep your data only as long as needed for your enquiry and any agreement that follows, or as required by law.

Your rights

Under Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law 151/2020) you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw your consent, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we will reply.
